What if I want to return my purchase?

Returns Policy : All garments can be returned within 7 days of purchase date. All returns must be complete with all tags/tickets, unworn and in the same original condition as sent. You will be responsible for postage costs for any returns. Upon receipt of returned goods we shall inspect the garment and if the above conditions have been met will refund your original payment method or if requested issue a credit note or gift voucher. When returning goods please ensure that the garment is sent via a signed for service such as Royal Mail. We cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us or that are damaged. We recommend that you insure any returns for this reason. We reseve the right to charge a £5 repacking fee should goods be returned excessively creased. This does not effect your statutory rights. We do not refund postage costs.

What are the delivery terms and costs?

A flat fee of £6.50 will be added to all orders in the UK. Orders to Europe will be charged at £15.00 and Worldwide at £20.00.
All deliveries will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
All deliveries will be processed and dispatched next working day when at all possible. Any delays will be notified by e-mail.
Customers will need to sign for any deliveries or collect them from their nearest Royal mail depot.
