Returns

Returns Policy :

All garments can be returned within 7 days of purchase date.

All returns must be complete with all tags/tickets, unworn and in the same original condition as sent. Please enclose your original receipt and delivery note.

You will be responsible for postage costs for any returns unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. We do not refund postage costs.

Upon receipt of returned goods we shall inspect the garment and if the above conditions have been met will refund your original payment method, or if requested issue a credit note or gift voucher.

When returning goods please ensure that the garment is sent via a signed for service such as Royal Mail. We cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us or that are damaged. We recommend that you insure any returns for this reason.

We reserve the right to charge a £5.00 repacking fee if the goods are returned excessively creased or odourous.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
